If you want any type of customer service, go somewhere else. Never answer the phones. Get ignored when you walk into the dealership. Terrible. Will never buy another Jeep from them EVER.

This dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down last year and I had it towed to the dealership. I was then without a vehicle and was not offered a courtesy vehicle for days even though it was covered under warranty. Most of my interactions with the service guy was through text because they would not answer my calls.
