Came in to the dealership with my boyfriend for his car services. The customer service was fantastic as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by Ernesto. He was so friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the cars that they were selling. Definitely will be back to take a look around for maybe a new potential car!
We bought a jeep Cherokee today from here. Being from Raleigh we drove a hour to get here. Kevin Moore and Juan Mejia were the sales associates. Throughout the whole process they both were exceptionally responsive and even better people to deal with in person. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I strongly recommend coming out here
The new staff are amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. We walked in knowing what we were looking for and Ernesto was our guy. I left today loving my new Journey. Go see him for your next vehicle.
Brian, Huntley and Adam were the best part of our experience here. My husband and I came in looking to trade in our van for something that could still meet the needs of our family but lower our payment. These guys worked so hard to give us the best deal they could, never tried to push us into anything, and even stayed after close to make sure we felt good about our options. I went to get a car for my sister and it was the best buying experience I have ever had. Ernesto Dennison was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Moe in the financing department worked his magic and got the deal done! Very happy with our experience! You can tell they are not just there for the sale they are there to help. Very friendly and made time go buy quickly.
