Great customer service. Company truck broke down. They diagnosed, got the part and fixed same day. Kept us informed. If I lived here, would buy here.Service Rep. was outstanding.

The worst customer service EVER with their Service Department. No one ever answers the phone and don't expect any extra effort from the receptionist. I would never purchase a vehicle here for that reason alone.
Expectional Service! I am from out of town and the door latch on my Jeep broke. My wife was stuck at the hotel nearing check out. Not only were they sympathetic to the situation (took me straight back) but they came to the waiting area and brought me back to the garage to explain how and what they were going to do. Nate was a total professional! My local Jeep dealership could learn from these guys!

Deal was fair. My salesperson David Coley did all that was promised and the vehicle was great at delivery. He also communicated updates to make sure vehicle was ready at delivery so I didn't make extra trips or had to wait for extended periods.
