Whatever you do at crown... DO NOT PURCHASE THE 2007 CHRYSLER 300c... they took my money and knew the car was messed up. My fuel pump went out and they didn’t want to fix it because my warranty didn’t cover it but before that my tpms system went out and I had to be refunded because they never programmed my tires to the car.. the second day I had the car it wouldn’t start and I had 4 loaners from the dealership.. I went into purchasing a new car with uncertain expectations. I had a car I loved but unfortunately it was having some mechanical issues. From the the beginning they took care of me in respect to the trade in value and made sure I left in a new Jeep Renegade. We walked in about 3 pm on New Year's eve after a bad experience at another dealership. We left less than four hours later with a new truck. This was an excellent vehicle shopping experience!!
The Used Car Sales Dept are Crooks! They sold me Jeep that they didn't even own! After 30 days they took it backhand refuse to compensate me for all the time and money I had put into it. Shady!!

Had been talking to a rep over the phone for a couple of days about a truck they just got in that was on there web sight . When we got to the dealership the truck had not been ran threw service or the detail shop . When I opened the door to look inside all you could smell is weed. We took it for a test drive and it sounded like the rear end was about to explode and the check engine light was on . Salesperson was very nice and accomodating. Only bobble was in the speed of back and forth with her managers, who appear to have a heavy workload, to approve my choices. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience that took up less time than I expected.
