I recently took my 2017 Challenger in for a warranty repair. The service advisor made my appointment, I informed the advisor that I would be waiting on the repair. She took this into consideration and kept me advised of the progress of the service being performed. And the technian also came out and explained the service that was performed. I was very impressed with the customer oriented service that I received. Highly recommend this service center. Thanks for the service and experience.

Service department don't know how take care of a problem unless their computer tells them how to fix it. Bought a new car and having problems with it and they don't how to fix it. We got steering issue and throttle up incline issue and they are telling us that their computer says nothing is wrong. The car has been twice and they say it's fine, trying another dealership now.

I bought my Jeep there and had some interactions with "Misty" since I paid cash for the whole vehicle no problems. Now a few months later I find the tow package 7 pin has no power to it. I called Misty who was a wealth of misinformation. She told me to come on over and the service dept closed at 7pm (WRONG 5pm). I got there at the last moment, the service guy took the time to find a mechanic and get it programed, thats all it took, but should have been done when THEY installed the tow package. Worst service ever! If they promise you something make sure to get it in writing. They do not return calls. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go somewhere else!

The worst experience I have ever experienced from a auto repair company. The manager of service and the female African American service councilor (don't remember neither names) gave me the worst customer service after I paid over $380 for a repair that didn't fix my AC which was the reason I was getting it repaired. I picked my car up parked with no diagnostic for the real reason it wasn't working. After going back because they apologized for the bad customer service, they still couldn't give a diagnostic after overcharging ... read more
