I will NOT go here again! After taking my new-to-me Jeep in and agreeing that the tech could drive it over the weekend to "recreate" the issue (which turned out to not be an issue at all per my own test), I picked it up and noticed HE HAD PUT 243 MILES on it!!!! Insanely over any logical limit! The front floor mats were filthy (why did the tech need a passenger?), there was dog hair in the back seat, a used tissue under the passenger seat, and a Goodwill tag and dirt in the cargo area. I must admit that each and every time I have been to Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep it has been a pleasant experience. The Customer Service is awesome and I am very big on receiving a great customer experience wherever I go. The Sales Advisor Jason is always knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Love it and will continue getting my Jeep service there.
Justin, Rubin and the whole crew in service at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram took great care of my Jeep when in for a recent recall need. Not only were they friendly and accommodating to my needs when dropping it off, they checked with me after to ensure that my experience was a good one. / 2 visits later than 12/2016 review and still 5 stars for the service team from me. Service Dir- Justin was great today when I needed a quick look at my jeep in a pinch to ensure that all is ok for a road trip tomorrow. Thank You!

I have gone there to get my oil changed and have had no problem at all. I have not made an appointment because of the hours I work but didn't have to wait that long.
It's been two weeks since I traded my car there and someone from their dealership stole 2 pairs of custom Oakley sunglasses BEFORE my car was even traded. Fairly certain the theft occurred when my car was driven for appraisal. When I went to clean out my traded car after the purchase, my sunglasses holder was open and POOF, glasses were gone.
