I have never had a dealership give us a complimentary car wash for getting a oil change and tires rotated....we were pleasantly surprised!
After a cluster of problems and lies with Kernersville dodge, Brandon, Logan, and Brad at crown was able to step up and do what Kernersville promised but refused to follow through on. I greatly appreciated the treatment and effort to help us out in our situation, they went and found me the jeep I wanted and had it there the next day, and took the new jeep I bought from Kernersville that was a mechanical mess from the factory off my hands with little impact on my wallet. Was impressed with the Service Department namely Jason Osborne and his attention to detail and his customer service given to me! I just recently moved to the NC and choose Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep over a closer dealership. Glad I drove the extra miles to get my repair completed by Crown!

These guys promised me a certain payment amount on my signed contract. Looks great until you figure out a month later of owning the vehicle that they didn't add taxes to the sale. Now your bill hikes up to where you didn't want it to be. Rookie mistake guys.
I had the BEST experience at this dealership... I placed my app online and when I got there and picked out a vehicle, it was smooth sailing after that... Got everything that I was looking for in my New 2015 Dodge Journey... We literally spent a total of 2 hours from vehicle selection to clod in the deal... They even placed a bow on the hood and had it waiting for me in the showroom... Excellent Service All Around...!!!
Awful customer service. I am going on 3 months with out a tag. They keep giving me the run around about the previous owner and the new system BS. They don't care they got their money.
Khaled!!! If you don't see him, you will not leave happy. When I bought my 2014 Dodge Charger Hemi, I said ...BLACK... HEMI... PAYMENT LIMIT... 1 hr 20 minutes later, I was on the road in 'My Boy' . The miracle part was getting the financing exactly where I wanted. HIGHEST PRAISE TO KHALED!! My 3rd car purchase, second Dodge Charger and I left happy each time. DODGE FOREVER, CROWN FOR SURE
