My experience with Crown Dodge was excellent. The moment I pulled my Jeep in they were right there to take care of my oil change and rotated my tires. Very satisfied with the services I received.
Went in for some repairs, their price was extremely high, could not afford it,
Bought my son a 2017 Dodge Challenger Tuesday night and had a wonderful experience with everyone. Gus was our salesman and had ordered our car on Sept. 30th. Misty made sure all of the paperwork was done correctly and also did an excellent job! It was supposed to be in 6-9 weeks and we already have a beautiful new car! Thank you so much for making mine and my son's dreams come true!!!

Not bad. Good service at a reasonable price. The facility is nice and you can actually watch them working on cars from the waiting area.
I will never buy another car from here again and I suggest you don't either. They will tell you that the finance company is requiring you to buy gap insurance and extended warranty but this is against the law according the finance company I'm dealing with. They told me they could not require those things for approval of a loan, so Crown is using the finance companies to get to people to buy $3000.00 warranties without the finance company knowing about it.
