I purchased two Jeeps from Crown. My experience in 2011 was generally okay. But, this last experience was terrible. I have been trying to resolve a Finance Department mistake for 8 months. After repeated unanswered attempts at resolution, I finally contacted the General Manager, Darian Pearson. What a mistake that was. He was extremely aggressive and rude. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy a car from here. I told them I wanted 3 things added to the car before purchase, Kaled, salesman, knew that 2 of the 3 were impossible but declined to inform me of that. I find out a week later after the papers are signed. The sales manager even admitted that Kaled knew that information because he told him personally. What does the sales manager do to make it right, NOTHING! Not even an apology. Why? Because the papers are signed and we are stuck with the vehicle. Go to Kernersville Jeep! Great service managers; minor problem with a new car. Had to leave it but got a loaner quickly. Problem solved by the end of the day.
