I'm from out of state and needed an oil change for my diesel grand Cherokee. I also needed DEF fluid. When I went to pay they gave me a discount. Then I realized they forgot to fill my DEF fluid. I had to go back. They apologized and filled it for free. That fluid is 8 bucks a gallon. I needed 8 gallons. Super friendly, great service.

Worst customer service. Had my Grand Cherokee jeep over there on Saturday for them to change out my computer & to re-program it. I called over & talked to George & he was rude & giving me attitude. Every time I called over there I got nothing but rude comments from George. Went to go pick up my Jeep today & had to pay $170 for them to do absolutely nothing to the jeep. It still isn't fixed. I do not recommend this location at all
I brought my Jeep Wrangler into be serviced with a number of major and minor problems. The staff provided amazing customer service. The investigated my issues and then called me to let me know what the estimate was. The costs were very reasonable and everything was fixed. Tony in Customer service was outstanding.
Friendly, updated the progress and provided the care I requested.

Went for routine recall work. Good, timely work and service.
I have always had trouble with this location. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall (sun visors) and oil change. I asked for the time it would be done. We decided it would be done way before I would be back. (Over 4 hours) when I arrived they were still working on it. In fact, they had not yet completed the oil change. I waited another 20 minutes plus. (So they rushed it). When I got home I realized all around the new sun visors and inside door panels where smudged with the greasy hand prints of the tech. Never had an issue with service. They were always on top of everything. Only issue is service vehicles... I'm a tall guy and it's hard to find a vehicle I can fit in... lol...
Awesome Service Department, the service writer was very professional and very polite. Arrived at 8 am and they had me back on the road by 10:15. Complete Service, Tire Rotation and all wheels balanced. Great job. Not from the area, here visiting, we are from Florida and we can honestly say this is the nicest dealership we have been to in years. If we lived here this would definitely be my service center. Absolutely the worst ever! Bought 2015 Jeep in May 2015. Currently have only 6,700 miles. Brakes have squealed since day 1. Was told it's brake dust and can happen with new cars and I needed to do heavy braking. After almost 2 years and 5 separate trips to service dept. the squealing is worse, louder, annoying) and afraid to make any long trips with it.
