Straight up disrespect. When I came in I was completely ignored. It really took me forever to get some customer service. When I finally spoke to someone they acted like they didn't care about my problem. After 2 hours of waiting they finally get to my vehicle and tell me it was a battery issue. The battery was high as hell and it took them another 45 minutes to put it in. A big waste of time. brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for routine service, State inspection and recall issue. I was told it would take 2 hours...took 3 but the car was washed and tires were rotated also beside oil change and recall issue. Asked for a tire quote and got what could only be described and pricey high end tires. I was looking for tires like the Firestones on the car. Not Michelons. Otherwise no real complaints.
The worst to work with! Since we brought a new jeep there, No one will return calls! Leave messages pn voice mail, and no return calls!!! Deserves 0 stars! I even called the Dodge Corporation and when they called up there they was given the run around they told me that it took 15 minutes for somebody to answer the phone then they was given a voicemail and nobody would ever answer!

A little slow at first. I just had a feeling nobody wanted to wait on me. Took them about 10 minutes for acknowledgement. After that it went okay.
My experience was disastrous. I was lied to from the moment I walked into the dealership. 48 hours later the leak was not fixed. Took me 9 phone calls before I got angry and demanded the general manager.

The customer service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. I would not recommend anyone purchasing any vehicle from here. Seriously, take your business elsewhere!
Although the paperwork had to be re-done a couple of times, I got off in my new car for the price I wanted. I'm truly very satisfied.
Stopped in to get a duplicate key made for my Chrysler. The staff was very friendly. It took longer than expected but overall a good experience.

My service experience was great! Ruben James my service advisor took care of my service issue in a timely manner. He kept me posted on the process and it was completed on time. I will recommend my family and friends to do business there. Ask for Ruben he will give you excellent customer service.
