I had an appointment at 11 a.m. for recall and was quoted 2 hours 45 minutes. At 3 p.m. I followed up, being left on hold for 15 minutes, leaving a voicemail, and finally refusing to hang up, found out they were just finishing the job at 3:40 p.m. Nearly 4:45 p.m. when I received my vehicle. Excuse Given: "four technicians didn't come to work today."
Took my Town & Country in last Monday because check engine light had come on Sunday afternoon. Was told that it would require 1 1/2 hours to get it in to be checked out. Did I want to wait or catch their shuttle home. Told them I live out near Forest Oaks did they go that far - Yes, but it would not run until about thirty minutes later. He brought me home and they called later in afternoon to say van was ready did I need the shuttle to pick me up. I said no, my husband will bring me back to pick up van. I waited 5 hours for them to tell me I needed a radiator and it would cost over 1300 dollars. Over 80 dollars just for 2 gallons of anti freeze. What a joke these people are.

I traded in my car and they told me I needed new tags. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on them.

When I told them about the tire, they put a brand new one on there at no charge. If you are looking for a new car you need to go see Vanessa Sims and Misty Broadus! These two women are absolutely amazing. From Vanessa working to get me approved to Misty working to ensure my payments were in my budget. My credit is not perfect but they got me in a 2017 Jeep Compass and I love it. If I decide to get a new car I will come back to them.
