My 2014 charger had a alternator recall t36, my car was acting strange, and my car practically stalled out on me, during rush hour and construction site. The Good Lord helped me get home safely. Called Crown Dodge, took her to be fixed and the recall was the cause of problems happening and Crown Dodge recommended other items to be addressed. These were fixed accurately and efficiently. Have my Jeep Commander in for the 3rd time, same issue, same clunking noise. Picked it up just this weekend after spending more than $2000 on various repairs. About 30 minutes later, same clunk. I'm not one to just throw money and parts on a car that is barely worth the cost of the repairs. If it fixed the problem, sure, I'll pay. To have taken it back for the same issue twice, and now a third time, I'm up over $1000 for this issue to still not be fixed.

It took 1 and a half days to put on 2 new tires and front calipers. For 1 full day I tried contacting my service rep and received no answer and no return call. Finally getting through to the service manager, he informed me the rep had gone home. Then discovered that they only had 1 caliper and would have to find another the next day. Had a friend recently get new front calipers on his Town & Country paid $316 and Crown charged $422 after my complaining. All this after being loyal to this dealership for almost 30 years. Went there yesterday to get an oil change and a car wash. First, they half washed my car. The trunk area wasn't even touched and my wheels was still dirty. Then, I had a coupon for oil change for 19.99 for synthetic. Which was a great deal. I went to pick my keys up and pay. The worker told me, "Oh, you have full synthetic oil so the coupon can't be used but they've already changed the oil. You owe 81 dollars." INSANE! I wasn't going to pay that! Awful Customer Service Car is still under warranty they can't fix it. Offering me no solutions. Don't Buy a Car From Crown

Every time I have been in to have my oil changed it takes 2 to 3 hours which is redicouls for an oil change the lube techs spend to much time smoking and playing on there cell phones this is supposed to be fast lane service there is nothing fast about it. The fast lane sign needs to be removed until the problem is resoveld I will be going elsewhere to have service done in the future

I have had three service appointments since purchasing my Jeep. All appointments were completely very quickly. My vehicle was taken in very soon after arrival. All items were covered in detail. I was offered coupons and discounts. Overall, a pleasant and professional experience.
