I will never buy a car from this dealership again. The car started having problems two months after I bought it. First it was the clutch, door latches, air bags and now the wiring system with my lights. Ken Crowley is no help either. His commercial states that if there is a problem he wants to know yet wants nothing to do with the problem. I will never buy a Ford or buy another car from Crowley again. I dropped my car off at 7am to get a recall (latch recall) done and was told that it would take all day, I was really surprised when I got a call at 930am saying my car was done. My 1st thought was wow that was quick and they told me they had put 2 guys on the job to get it done quick. I thanked them and said I would be there in a bit. My 2nd thought was I hope they did it right considering they said it would take all day and it was done in 2.5 hours. I brought my car for in for service for a second time for an issue that wasn't fixed properly the first time. I was charged almost $200 and the car is brand new and under warranty. Not only was I charged a second time I was left st work without a shuttle ride even though I told the supervisor I would need a ride. I had to pay for an uber ride to the dealership which was quite a hassle. I asked for the service manager to call me and I haven't heard anything! I regret buying my car from Crowley. Took my 2005 F150 to Crowley Ford in Plainville. The work done didn't take too long and I got the usual, friendly attention from the staff. I was also lucky to learn that they can sell me the truck tires I need, without taking a loan out from the bank. Thanks.
My vocabulary is not large enough to contain all the words describing poor service, lying, misleading and downright cheating. CF is the worst place to bring your car for problems. They lie about what is wrong, or say they repaired something when they didn't. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my car rental, then after sending documentation TWICE (!), nothing was done. We recently purchased a 2017 Explorer. The thinking behind the purchase was to eventually replace my 2005 Nissan Armada. When discussing the needs of the SUV, it was made clear that I needed a vehicle that would be able to pull my 19 foot boat. So we purchased the XLT with the tow package, the tow package also came with the bigger of the engine options that were available.
