I am extremely dissappointed with Crowley Ford's Service Department. They are not competent in what they do, and do not stand by their workmanship. I brought my car, 2012 Ford Escape to Crowley Ford dealership in Plainville, CT on 05/11/2015 for diagnosis because my A/C wasn't working. The technician advised to replace the compressor, which was performed on 06/16/15 at the same dealership. Purchased brand new custom ordered F150 Raptor. I had to order from someone because Ford is not up to par with online order process. I wish it wasn't Crowley Ford in Plainville CT. 5k over msrp, Fine. I bought all extra warranties, bumper to bumper etc. After waiting 8 months it came in. The service guys brushed off the snow with shop brooms. Made sure to touch up paint the front bumper. I have not always walked away from a dealer feeling good about who I dealt with, but I am confident I could turn to them again when the need arises and not be afraid I was going to be taken advantage of! I don't usually take the time to write reviews about car dealership service issues but I am extremely disappointed. Ford Motor Company, Crowley Ford Service, and the vehicle warranty company that came with my 2012 F150 do not stand behind their vehicles, parts, or service repairs.
