The head of the sales department Tom Moran needs to learn how to communicate professionally. One of the most disrespectful non polite individuals on the face of the Earth. To the point I'm sure his own family feels the same way. So out of most of the Ford dealers this is by far the worst and I recommend using Monaco Ford out of Glastonbury. They treat you with class and etiquette unlike this individual above.

worst service departmentt ever...... bring 2016 escape in for heater blowing cold on passenger floor, service writer says " checked with scanner no codes found" says its working correctly.... pretty darn sure that when heat is on full blast and high that it should blow out hot...... how about training your mechanics to maybe check and feel the heat. HEY KEN CROWLEY........ YOU SAY TO LET YOU KNOW ABOUT A PROBLEM..... HOW ABOUT RETURNING A CALL OR AN EMAIL
