We have been loyal customers of Crowley, we bought a 2012 Ford Fusion, and last year we bought a 2014 Ford Escape. When we come for the summer to CT we get an oil change free, which is great. We never had a problem with service until last week. My husband took the Ford Fusion for an oil change, asked them to rotate the tires, and we have been having trouble with the battery, so he asked them to please check the battery. Id NEVER go to any crowley dealership again. Ken has ZERO desire to learn or address the concerns and the mainentance depts in his dealerships have a history of actually breaking cars that go in for reg mainentance. it happened to my own car in addition to many other people and he couldnt be bothered calling anyone back. buy at your own risk. — with Amber Marie.
Quick Lane is such a great feature to have in order to get your oil changed. The guys working in the Quicklane are GREAT, Eric & Mike! They are both helpful & very knowledgeable.
