We prepared ourselves for a long stressful process but it was completely the opposite! It was so much easier than we expected. Crowley was amazing from beginning to end. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new truck and we would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!
Convenient, quality and friendly service. I brought my car in for service due to looseness in the steering. My service manager Ryan Lagana was very courteous and helpful in getting a diagnosis and estimate. I had the same issue 100K miles ago and the repair cost was nearly the same, so a fair price. My vehicle was ready in the promised time frame. Excellent service, highly recommended!

I bought a 2014 Focus and have had it serviced here from then on, have 88,000 miles on it now and it is running just fine. Quicklane Manager Eric Dionne took good care of me on my latest service and I noticed that my fuel mileage picked up a few mpg after the visit. I will likely be heading for the sales dept. for a new Focus in the future.

Family been going here for years awesome service people great service manager great quick lane no appointment needed they’ll tell you a time frame they don’t try to sell you stuff that you don’t need open 7 days a week I can’t rate the sales because I buy from the Nissan place but they’re awesome they don’t push you on stuff you don’t want
I brought my 2013 Ford C-Max in because of a warning on my screen showing Wrench . I did and when I got it back, drove it from Plainvill to West Hartofrd, The Wrench came back before I could make it home. I am bringing back again for the same reason . Hopefully you can fix it.
Love the service department. They always let me know what is happening and my car is always taken care of promptly. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend them.
