I was able to bring my vehicle in without an appointment for an oil change. Also a wheel alignment (they told me all four needed to be done), an air filter change and new battery. All without an appointment. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to others.
Asked about canceling my extended warranty because my car would be sitting in the driveway while we tried to sell it. They called me back to discuss and he instantly assumed/thought I was doing it to lower my monthly payments. He didn't even ask why I wanted to do it he just goes "people want to lower their monthly payment and this isn't the way of doing it and then I look at them and say if things are tight right now and you cancel the warranty and the car breaks how would you be able to afford it if you already want a lowe... read more
quiklane was not quick!! took an hour to get oil change
it was great! They picked-up my car, dropped off the loaner, returned my car after it's normal maintenance, washed and in the most professional manner. it was great!

Always bring my truck for service to Crowley's. I've never had any issues. Eric (Quick Lane) makes sure everything is checked out thoroughly, and explains any issues in 'plain English'. My son and his wife also purchased vehicles from Crowley's and have not had any service issues!
