I own a 2013 Ford focus and have an issue with the clutch, which causes a terrible bucking in the front end. Over the past year I have brought my car here multiple times to get this issue fixed and every time I've been told that there was nothing wrong with the car, it's running perfectly fine and that it was supposed to buck like that. I was very happy with my first visit here, after becoming unhappy with Hoffman after 4+ years. I like their extended hours, and they were very helpful helping to find a noise I was hearing. Would recommend for service.
