Having been a former customer of CF, I was hesitant to come back. My Edge needed a 60K servicing, as well as having the brakes checked. It turned out that the problem with the brakes was due to a recall for a part that needed to be ordered. Because of this, I had to rent a vehicle. After returning the rental and picking up my vehicle, I was surprised to learn that I would not be reimbursed for the rental. Also, my oil life indicator read 60%. Worst experience ever, salesman told me he did not know anything about trucks and only drove me around playing with the radio. Relentless calling after I left, I saved over $9,500 going to another dealership because another Ford dealer gave me $4,500 more in trade for my vehicles. THE VEHCILES WERE IDENTICAL APPLES TO APPLES. Crowley tried to tax me on a zero balance stating even though I didn't owe any money on one of the vehicles I still had to pay full sales tax....wrong $3,000 right there! Worst service ever. I give them no stars. I cringe when I hear the commercial that if ur not happy we wanna know. I have been so unhappy and dealing with the same issue since the beginning of July and just keep getting brushed off. Worst dealership ever. DO NOT Buy from here!!!!
