Had an appointment for an oil change this morning @0745. Dropped truck off at 0730, told representative I needed vehicle by 1000am, as I have to be at work for 11. He replied "no problem, be done by 8:30, 9 the latest" it's now 1006 and I'm sitting in the waiting lounge without my truck. 2+ hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Let's see if anyone from Crowley reads this?

DONT BUY A CAR HERE. I BOUGHT A 2010 EQUINOX 8 MOS AGO. IVE REPLACED THE EXHAUST' , TRANSMISSION, DIFFERENTIAL, TRANSFER CASE AND IT BURNS OIL. THEY HAVENT DONE ONE THING TO HELP . IVE CONTACTED KEN CROWLEY WITH NO ANSWER BCK. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR STAW AWAY FROM CROWLEY AUTO GROUP

Bought my Ford Edge there in 2014 When they are selling you a car they are pretty good. However their service is horrible. They had promised me several things when selling me the car. Some of the things didn't happen when they called to see how the sale went I told them. They couldn't really be bothered And when I took my car in for service it was awful. They said two days. In June, we were traveling from MA to home in Cape May, NJ, when we had problems with our Ford van. The service manager couldn't have been more considerate and professional with what turned out to be a major issue. He located parts, had an employee take us to a hotel for the night and got us on the road after making sure the 8hr job was done as soon as possible. Many thanks for getting us on our way so efficiently- we remain very grateful!

Showed up to look at a car. It was sold before I got there. Not their fault, of course. But when I wanted to look at something else, they weren't very helpful. Sure the guy got the key and let me look at it. But that's where it stopped. Just looking. Guess they didn't want to sell a car. Their loss.

I don't even want to give them one star, they deserve negative stars. Not only are the salesmen terrible, the service department is even worse. They never let you explain anything thats wrong with the car, they just hound you to take your keys. How do they expect to fix the car if they don't even give you the chance to tell them what's wrong? Then they keep all day for the smallest things, pretty much don't expect fast service. Haven't been in years had to have a new truck repaired that was under warranty. Claimed that a wiring harness was corroded I requested that the parts be saved so I could see them when I picked it up. Sure enough they "forgot" to save them. This is the type of service to expect from them. If that isn't a slime ball maneuver I don't know what is. They sell faulty vehicles and fail to fix the problems. Their service department is to busy to care about the problems in the cars that they sell. I bought a brand new focus from this dealership and had issues with the gas peddle sticking, they just give excuses and fail to fix. Do yourself a big favor and steer clear of this dealership!
