Rip off. Not a good place to bring a car. Did not install parts that were billed.
So far Crowley has done an excellent job with my cars (Mustang, Ford Focus). I will continue to have my cars serviced with this dealership. I will not also hesitate to provide further reviews in the future, good or so,so. Thank you for taking care of my vehicles.

Needed my car's air conditioner fixed. The staff was friendly and the service associate was transparent with pricing. It's difficult to find service centers that will work on anything other than an oil change on a Saturday. This place did it without a problem. I'd recommend to anyone in the greater Hartford area.
I recently had an oil change at this location and everything seemed fine...that is until my car started smoking two days ago and I had to take it in to be checked out. I decided to take my car somewhere other than a Crowley location (thank God!) and it turns out the person who did my oil change (at Crowley Ford Lincoln) FORGOT to put a rubber gasket around the oil filter, which essentially means my oil has been leaking ALL OVER MY ENGINE AND UNDER THE HOOD and was bone dry when I took it in.
