Terrible sales and service. Can not wait to trade in my car (which I love) to never deal with this place again! Service department falsely documents work they didn’t do! Manager doesn’t care! AWFUL.
The Quick Lane tech pointed out a couple things needing attention. One I took care of the same day, with the shop which had done the work. That work was still under warrenty. The other will have to wait a while. I do appreciate the multipoint inspection.
I’ll never forget his treatment of my situation. I bought a nice F-150 from there, and had a “simple “ vacuum leak! The first time I bought it there, they couldn’t determine what it was, so I went online, and found out myself what the issue was to bring it back, and bypassed him to tell the actual mechanic, who agreed what it was. Six months later I had the exact same issue on the other side...... Guess what? 1-1/2 yrs later I still have an issue. They had me waiting over 2-1/2 hrs for a ride to work, only to find out there ... read more
