I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They must not vet out the moving companies they set up for their customers, because they company they sent to complete my move was nothing short of a nightmare. They take no responsibility for anything they do and ultimately, when something goes wrong, there is nothing they can do about it because the moving company they select dictates the pricing you are getting. I never usually write reviews on businesses or anything but I just HAVE to brag on Cross Country Moving Group! I was blown away with the first phone call. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I could really focus on all the other hassles of moving across the country and let moving professionals do their jobs. They made my experience in moving much easier than it would have been had I done it alone. They were upfront about pricing, and I found the pricing to be very reasonable. I also liked that they had the option to use their own professional moving supplies and equipment - it made preparing for the move much easier.

Terrible experience. They said they did not have someone to come out and give me an estimate. They could do it on the phone. I gave them in detail pretty much all I had to move. I later got rid of approximately 500 pounds of things I originally told them I would move. Two guys showed up 2 hours later than the 4 hour window they said they would be there. They did not package the few things I had told the carrier I wanted packed (mattresses, box springs and two TV's. However I was still charged for the packaging. The driver co... read more

We used CCMG this time for our move and we were very happy with their services. I had basically one point of contact and they took care of locating a mover for us. They were able to negotiate a better price for us and also vetted them. We've moved three times in the last 4 years and decided to try something different this time. We won't be moving again anytime soon, but I definitely recommend using them.

CCMG was professional and quick. They helped me move my two bedroom house in a few hours and were very careful with my belongings. I would recommend them, they have fair pricing so they're great on a budget.

You Want These Movers! I was extremely anxious about hiring movers for the first time. I had my hesitations about the actual price being far from the quote. I picked these guys and hoped for the best. I couldn't be happier! They walked me through the process (I'm embarrassingly naive to the process of handling my own household belongings.) I honestly moved across 2 states WITH CHILDREN and had no worries in the world. I'm extremely grateful.
