Cross Country was a great company to work with. I usually am weary of moving companies and movers due to a poor experience with a big box companies moving staff running a piece of my grandmothers furniture awhile back, but I can say proudly that this is not the case with Cross Country. They genuinely went out of their way to give such outstanding customer service and efficient service at that. I would highly recommend them to anyone even friends and family.

Impressively rude customer service (*****) combined with losing the legs to our expensive table, breaking a stool, and telling us essentially to just deal with made the whole Cross Country Movers experience one I would recommend any rational human avoid. Enjoy waiting 120 days in claims if (and likely when given the amount of times they subcontract out portions of your move) they lose your stuff.

Using Cross Country Moving Group was a fantastic experience. Jacob in their scheduling dept was very friendly and quick to respond back. The moving staff were very friendly as well; professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They're punctual, even arriving early... they made my move very easy. I used this company and equally impressed with them. Their prices are very fair. Keep up the great work!

I recently moved cross country for the first time and I am more than pleased about encountering this bunch. Upbeat, kind employees displaying commitment throughout the whole experience. Cross Country Moving Group is a delight to work with, truly amazing crew they have and I will be recommending this company to anyone that could be of use to this company!

It felt like a dream! This move was nothing short of a 5 star experience from beginning to end. The team that moved us was EXCELLENT. If I could give them 6 Stars I absolutely would! Everything was done so professionally and these guys worked non-stop. We're still unpacking but only a few boxes left and I must say, our items were packed with extreme care. Everything is in tack like new. Job very well done, thanks.

I'm always dreading the day I have to move, but now I know I have the right moving help to get my items from my old home to my new one. I was able to schedule them with ease and they took care of all the hard stuff so I didn't have to. Will definitely recommend Cross Country Moving Group to anyone preparing for a move.

I used Cross Country Moving group last month when my cousin and I moved into my our new townhome. I was quite impressed with the level of service and care that the movers took with our furniture. The movers were timely, yet thorough. They communicated effectively and were so considerate that it made the move feel like a breeze. They show up on time, take great care in our moving of a 3 bedroom apartment and very careful and courteous. We had a great experience with them. They called us a 20 min before arrival, arrived a few minutes early, and completed the move efficiently. All three guys were polite, helpful, and noted our requests. It was definitely worth the money to not have to do it all ourselves! Thanks.
