This company was absolutely fantastic. My husband is in the military and was away for training right when we needed to move. Cross Country Moving Group made it stress free! They were on time and handled my belongings with care. I found them to be very kind and respectful and I couldn't have had a better move without them!

I wish more companies were like this because everytime i mention Cross County moving group it puts a smile on my face. There attention to detail was shocking they took all the stress out moving.So when it comes to customers and moving CCMG is second to none i would refer these guys

I have not wrote a review in a long time, but Cross Country Moving Group company deemed it necessary. They were great with me and did an outstanding job with our move. Seriously, these guys were great. Simply amazing. I have no complaints which is why I wanted to share my experience with others here on BBB. We highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group for any kind of moving service you need.

Our experience with CCMG could not have been better! I was concerned about some of our furniture due to it being antiques. The guys at CCMG took care to make sure they were all wrapped and well padded prior to the move. When we arrived at our new home, everything was in perfect condition. Our movers unloaded everything and even assisted my husband with reassembly of several furniture pieces. I would definitely hire them again if we are in need of a moving service.

I was very pleased with the service. The movers were on time, courteous, and efficient. They have a two hour minimum, and ended up unloading my Uhaul in only 90 minutes but they stayed and offered help with assembling furniture and other stuff purely out of kindness. Me and my wife were very stressed about moving and wanted to make sure we used a service that respected our possessions and was accommodating of our many concerns, the CCMG ended up being the absolute perfect fit for us. We are so grateful, highly recommended!

Signed up with Cross Country movers, Salesperson was ******, pickup of furniture in Michigan was on 2/16/20. ****** said 1 - 5 days for delivery to North Carolina. ****** never mentioned that a U-haul truck with Orbit Movers would show up on 2/16. The movers were polite and did a good job packing up, no complaints with them, except the cost went up by $300. This moving experience was exceptional. I have moved 3 times in the past 6 years and this company was above and beyond the rest. The cost turned out to be less expensive vs last time when we packed ourselves. The crew was super engaged, friendly, hard working, helpful, and truly a pleasure to spend a day with. I highly, highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group company.

If there is an option to give them 0 stars, I would go for it! We recently have such a horrible experience with them. We booked with *** **** seems like a decent person, he gave us moving estimate which seemed fine and we booked them not knowingly what's coming next. We did ask them to send someone to measure stuff but they didn't, we told them exact items list. So this company doesn't even worth 1 star. horrible experience. Stay away they are ****. 1. Pricing are not fair. They will tell you price on phone call take advance on it and Driver will tell you new price and delivery guy will ask for more money. 2. Horrible Customer service: nobody returns your call. 3.
