Cross Country Moving Group is, in my opinion, a HORRIBLE company. Do not use them. You would be better off to use a U-Haul and move your own belongings. They are dishonest about their prices. They DO NOT care about you, your stuff, your situation, all they want is your money for a lousy job. They do not send anyone out to measure, they hire another mover to do the job, once they have taken your money from you, twice, they then hire a broker company who is some awful 3rd party to the move, who expects MORE money from you. I chose Cross Country Moving because I heard about them from a friend. I looked them up, requested a free quote, and was delivered my pick of the litter. They linked me to the right moving company for me, and I got the fairest bargain. I had one last thing to stress over with my move. I didn't need the added expense, and Cross Country Moving made sure it was never a worry for me. Thanks Cross Country Moving!

This is such an amazing company! This was my first time moving, and Cross Country Moving Group made it so simple and painless. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with, and the movers were on time and handled all of my furniture with amazing care. I was a bit worried about using any moving company, as I have a couple delicate antiques that I would be devastated to see damaged or lost. My experience with Cross Country Moving Group was very positive. Me and my family needed to move out of state to be closer to family and we needed a company who would help us move and provide the best value. I received a quote from a customer service representative and the price was fair considering the amount of items we had and needed to be transported. When I decided to go with Cross Country Moving Group, it was mostly for the low price, but after working with them I will never go to anyone else. When I had to relocate for work with relatively short notice, they were fast, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. Very satisfied with the level of professionalism. It is always scary to trust your belongings to other people. This was not the case I appreciated how all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone who would like to have their belongings treated like they were their own. The pay is also not as bad as I thought it be and will use them again for any future need!
