What a delightful experience! if I could give this company 10 stars, I would! I can not emphasis enough on how amazing this company is! As being someone who travels for work, I move A LOT. Great service, Very reliable, and great prices. Highly recommend this company if you are looking to move either very far or even to help you pack up the service is amazing as well the price range. I love how they allow you to negotiate the price and ability to work with you efficiently.

I was incredibly nervous to look for help moving my belongings, especially to a different state. I had researched several different moving companies, but ultimately I went with Cross Country Moving Group. I was not disappointed, to say the very least. These movers have a team of professionals who, I must say, are quite hard working. They somehow managed to impress a perfectionist like me. Moving is never easy, and it's often dreaded by many but these guys made the experience smooth for me. We had quite a few delicate pieces and I was really worried that we would lose some in the process but they handled them with the utmost care! Overall, they were very easy to work with and they did a good job!

Having to relocate for my job from Virginia to Florida, I was concerned about the big move, but Cross-Country Moving Group answered all my questions. I had my doubts about packing up a 3-bedroom apartment with tons of furniture and fragile belongings, but the movers made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing. I wanted to move to Texas for a fresh start and I knew I wanted to take my belongings. I was skeptical because there are horror stories of items coming up missing and furniture being scratched or broken during shipment. However, that wasn't the case with Cross Country Moving Group. These movers gave me a perfect experience. They quoted me a very competitive price and followed through with this price all the way to the end of the project. The employees where all very nice and kind people, which made the job so much more enjoyable. When it comes to the technicalities, everything went smoothly. All of the boxes were taken care of and arrived at the location very quickly. Nothing was damaged and seemed in even nicer condition that when it left the original location. This company was perfect for handling my families long move. They answered all my questions thoroughly, they ensure that everything was on schedule. The pricing was reasonable and well within my budget. They took care of my property as if it was theirs. They were professional and organized. Not once did I have one concern or stress involving this company. They made my move less painful than I was expecting it would be. This is a broker and they provide no valuable service to the moving process. After failing to provide an accurate estimate based on the size of a storage unit, the contracted movers arrived and informed me it would $800 more to take everything. The move was from Chicago to Austin and they contracted Best Price Moving and Storage who became a whole new nightmare to deal with.
