We chose Cross Country Moving when our other mover had issues scheduling for the dates we needed. They did a good job, but we still had to wait an extra day for their movers to finish packing up. Moved a large four bedroom house with pool table, home theater seating and small craft brew setup. Overall good experience, reasonably priced, moved from north Boca area to Kendall.

These guys were consummate professionals. And I've moved a number of times. But Florida to Chicagothat's a haul. Cross Country did everything completely on budget (no "surprise" fees because they didn't estimate the weight of something properly), they showed up on time, and the handled my items with care. I was especially worried about a custom-made serpentine-cut glass dining table and two Schoenbeck chandeliers. Cross Country was easily the best choice I ever made for moving. They were extremely diligent and friendly. They were also very patient. They arrived on time, me and my family were running a little late with last minute packing, and they helped us pack. Most other companies would have just waited and charged extra. When we had to relocate due to my husbands job, we called Cross Country Moving Group to help us out. A big move like this is exhausting, but these guy's took so much of the burden off of me and handled everything, expertly. I was so pleased with the gentle care that was given to our personal belongings, both big and small. We had some pricey family heirlooms and had no concern for how they would be treated during the move because the crew that came were so professional, we were sure everything was in good hands.

When it came time for us to move my grandmother from Florida to Washington D.C. in order to be closer to family, we knew that we wouldn't be able to navigate the process on our own. These guys did a wonderful job for us. They loaded us and got it all safe to our destination and unloaded us beautifully. If I ever move again I will use them!! I recommend them to everyone. Not only did they do a great job but they did it in our budget! On time, very helpful, flexible, and careful with my belongings! They arrived quickly and had great customer service and attitude. Cross Country Moving Group is one of the best moving companies I've ever worked with. They gave me the best rate I could find. They offer long distance services and they pretty much handled all the manual labor of the move. Booking them was extremely easy and all the employees I came in contact with were professional and friendly. I'm very thankful to have had a successful move with this company. If you are looking for a professional moving company who truly cares about your needs I definitely recommend this company! I last minute found out I was moving and needed to find an experienced group who could not only work fast but get the job done correctly. The Cross Country Moving Group made my move much easier than I thought it would be. The thought of moving from one end of the country to the other was a giant weight on my shoulders for a while, and I thought I'd have to be alone during the entire process.
