Moving across the country is always a daunting task, but Cross Country Moving Group has made it all seem soâ?? seamless. They were a tremendous help with great customer service and overall service level. They were very prompt and paid great attention to detail. They ensured that my wishes were at the forefront of what they were doing. I moved a couple of states over and I paid around $2000, which I believe is a fair price.

I move around a lot, so I'm at the point where I am particular about how my possessions are held. Initially, I was skeptical to hire a moving company I was unfamiliar with, but a former coworker told me they're fantastic, and he was absolutely correct. Cross Country Moving met my high standards. I just moved here and got Cross Country Moving Group as a referral, and I couldn't have been happier. Super personable and took the time to make sure every box or item was in a spot that we wanted. Overall very pleased. They were appreciative of the pizza we got them and on many occasions wished us the best in our new home. Really felt like family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company in Delray Beach.

This was the worst experience of my life. They take your money & broker you with the cheapest company they can find. In my case cobra van movers. I was ultimately charged 1,000 over my quote with last minute nickel & diming. I dealt with a man named ******** who seemed very sincere but did NOTHING. I called to tell them I was adding 2 cardboard boxes of clothes but I was cancelling a heavy piece of exercise equipment. Cha Ching. An extra 350$. I absolutely adore Cross Country Moving! Everyone in customer service is great. Everyone out in the field is great. I will always feel secure knowing that Cross Country has got my back. I am so grateful I found this company. They helped make an already stressful situation a much more bearable experience for my family and I. They were able to help us quickly, as we had to move suddenly. They were upfront about their pricing and policies, and their customer service was entirely helpful any time I had any questions about anything. It was a really great experience considering the circumstances. I mean, moving always is a huge hassle, let alone moving across the country. Which is why I decided to have a more experienced broker site handle the details for me. I simply entered my destination, move date and size of my apartment and they did all the research and haggling for me. It was a fairly straightforward experience. I moved here in late March 2019 from the Seattle area and Cross Country Moving Group was amazing. They arranged for a moving van to come to my apartment which had three flights of stairs and the gentlemen that came to do the move were courteous and respectful with my belongings. It took about 2.5 weeks for the moving to get to Delray Beach Florida and when they arrived with my belongings I was pleased and excited that every thing was in tact. It's really tough to move long distances. If you're here, you understand what a hassle it can be. Cross Country Moving Group really went above and beyond to help my family. These guys treated our possessions as their own, so professional! The packing and unpacking services were more than helpful when it came down to the final steps of the move, and I couldn't be happier now that everything is done.
