The moving company we hired was the best and we have no doubts or hesitation to share our experience with all. We called at several moving companies but we wanted a good quality packing with reliability in delivery. Cross Country Moving Group was the company which helped us move and they did an excellent job for us. The move was perfect . The WORST decision we have ever made. Day 37 with no delivery. We have filed complaints everywhere - DOT, BBB, FMSCA, local authorities - and still have not and likely will not receive any of our belongings. Employees are beyond rude and unhelpful. They readily admit that they have no information, no location for the truck, no driver contact info. One employee will tell you one thing only to be directly contradicted by another. They have either lost or stolen my things.I paid them over $2000 .They picked my stuff up on May 30th 2019, it was suppose to be delieved to my new place in Oregon with in 21 days, it has now been 44 days and no one will tell me where it is or when it is coming! *** ********

To me it matters more how a company reacts when something goes wrong than when it goes right. I won't lie and say that there weren't issues with the move, but Cross Country Moving Group For Less took ownership of all these issues and we came to an outcome that negated any losses I had. Have faith that these guys will do a good job, and even if something does happen, then be rest assured that they will make it right! I think that is the most important thing to look for when picking a company.

SCAM and MOVING FRAUD ALERT!!! This is not a BBB accredited company and in truth I should have checked this before contracting with this fraudulent company. After assessing all of our property damage post-move and how this company handled everything because we contracted an actual mover through this moving broker, my family has decided on taking this company through litigation and a public relations campaign to expose their deceitful business practices. Cross Country Moving Group is a bunch of scammers. They originally quoted me $3500 to move my items from NC to CA. They called us multiple times to estimate the amount it would cost to move. We measured all of our items, counted all of our items (for example 1 bed, 2 dressers, 1 dining room table, etc). We had them quote us for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Cross country moving was reliable and professional in their work. Moving is stressful but they took all the pressure off me. My home was properly packed, fragile items were packed accordingly & all taken to my new home. Their pricing is fair for the amount of work entailed. Each home is different and they provide estimate.

When my sister was moving from Florida back to Oklahoma, the guys at CCMG really helped us out. They were there to help pack up her apartment, making sure that all of her valuables were well wrapped and protected for the trip. They took so much of the stress out of getting her back home. I could not be happier with the service they provided.

Cross country did an awesome job helping my family pack all our belongings and move across the state. When we decided that we wanted to move from the east to west part of Ohio, it took me a while to find a moving company that could help us both pack all our belongings and move them. With working full time, having a little one and moving, it was nice to find a company to help us move without worries.
