I had a lot of anxiety surrounding this move. It was the longest distance away from home I had ever moved from Washington state all the way to northern new Mexico. Cross Country Moving Group will always be my go to recommendation to friends. No other business in this field takes as much pride and care into their work as this business. The customer service was absolutely amazing and they were very compliant with working around my schedule.

My husband and I are extremely grateful for this moving company. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and was completely stressed out about moving so close to birth. Cross Country Moving Group made it very easy to get our things moved from California to Texas, they were extremely accommodating and ensured that we were happy the entire time. Personally, Moving is always a hassle and they ensured it wasn't for us and thats a first. I have tried many moving companies and I personally do not think anyone tops them! Excellent Job!

I've never had a good experience with moving in the past. Every company I tried was a bust. They were always rude and unprofessional and even damaged a couple of items in the process.They also made my moving experience horrible. Friendliness, integrity and hard working are just a few words to describe this amazing company. Cross Country Moving Group Inc cares about your things like it is their very own! They were considerate of how nit picky I am when it comes to other people handling my favorite items. They were able to work with my schedule and rescheduling issues. Cross Country Moving Group were by far the best movers that I have ever hired. I just recently had a hip surgery so I really can't walk around a whole lot. So when these guys made it possible for me to just sit back and watch them pack with care, i was more relieved then you could imagine. Moving has always been a hassle for my family and we always seem to get unlucky with movers, be it timeliness, damage to our items or unprofessional service. With Cross Country Moving, we experienced NONE of that! They were so incredibly professional, polite and caring, worked with our family's crazy scheduling to accommodate last-minute changes and handled each of our items with care, almost as if it was their own. The movers were organized and methodical - hands down the only moving company I will be calling in the future!

This company fails to disclose that it is a broker for moving companies. The company they chose came late for pick up, tried to inflate the price upon pick up, and promised to deliver late AFTER having provided reassurance that the likelihood of on time delivery was high.

We did our research thoroughly before selecting a moving company. It came down to Cross Country Moving Group. These guys, on the other hand, quoted low and no extra was added to the final bill. Their movers were fantastic. They finished packing and loading everything really quickly. Even my third floor walkup couldn't slow them down. They maintained their timing during both arrival and delivery. They unpacked everything at our new house and helped us assemble furniture.
