Do not go with this company. They quote you way below what it's gonna cost and then tour stuff never arrives. 2k over the quote and 2 weeks have gone by sense they picked up our furniture and it hasn't even left yet. They said hopefully next week it will come. We were told it was only gonna be 5-7 days. They lie and are not helpful and are a huge scam. Your better off going with anyone else.

My family needed to quickly and safely move our items with minimum damage. After much time of searching around, we found this service. None our items were misplaced or damaged. The entire process was smooth and easy to deal with. The workers of this company are very sociable as well, which of course makes it easier to trust them with your stuff.

The crew has been so amazing and awesome with the whole process. They came exactly at the requested time and moved everything so quickly with good care and details. Everything was wrapped perfectly. We absolutely had an enjoyable experience move with Cross Country Moving Group. They guys were punctual, rather actually early to pick up our stuff. We moved from a 3 bed home and the workers were just terrific. They took care of my belongings with as much care as they would their own. The entire job was the smoothest I have ever seen. I highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group! Their movers helped me return home since I was essentially forced to move out of my place because of COVID-19. The process was smooth, and their movers are very experienced (no damage to my belongings). Their prices were a little high, but I was charged execaly what was negotiated. I will definitely be using this service again!

This moving company team has been super easy to deal with along the whole process. When I contacted them, they immediately gave me a call and asked me about the situation. When I explained to them that I need to move only a few piecesï mattress, desk, cabinet, leather chair and a few small items) and my new address is right across the street!(less than 2 mins away) , they went further to speak to her supervisor to give me a fixed rate for move. I moved from Michigan to North Carolina. My stuff was picked up on June 7th, and when I arrived in NC on June 15th (the expected delivery date), I was told my stuff would be delivered by the 17th or 18th. Today is June 18th and when I called to check in on the delivery again, they said "we never told you that, but it will be delivered by the end of the week". Our first time using Cross Country Moving Group provided my company with an exceptional moving experience. The movers were prompt and professional, treated all the furniture with a great deal of attention and care during the moving process, and did an excellent job catering to our hectic daily schedule. Prices were competitive with market rates, and management went out of their way to help us get the best value for our big move. I will be recommending Cross Country Moving Group for all big or small business moves.

CrossCross Country Moving Group help me and my family to move from Lincoln Nebraska to Omaha Nebraska from noon to around 7pm. They came at noon and started to help us move our household items into the truck. They were careful with everything when moving them from point a to point.They also helped package fragile items into boxes and put them into the vehicle. After when everything was packed in the truck where started to leave to go to Omaha that took about 40 minutes to about an hour to get to the new house. They yet again... read more
