The movers arrived EARLY. I was very surprised. Upon arrival, they asked what furniture I had and was able to grab the necessary equipment to reduce the number of trips to and from the truck. They were quickly able to clear out my 1 bedroom apartment in one hour, and unloaded everything within 45min. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. Nothing was damaged and they accommodated all my requests. I would highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group Inc to anyone planning to higher movers.

I can't say enough nice things about Cross Country Moving Group! They took the mess of moving off my hands at a very affordable price! I called their office and was quickly given a quote which I thought was very reasonable. The other companies wanted so much more for so much less! We were really pleased with the entire experience of moving using Cross Country Moving Group Inc. We didn't have a very big move, but that only helped make this move one of the fastest and most efficient that I've ever experienced. They were very much on-time with lots of updates on their arrival right up until they did actually show up. I was planning to move today since my lease ends today. Everything was ready and I made a reservation at a hotel. Two hours before the agreed-upon pick-up time, some random woman with a bad attitude called me and told me that it's not gonna happen today due to "major delay." What's even more unbelievable is that she claimed to be working over hours and used that as an excuse to disrespect me with such an annoying tone. ******** This company quoted one price, providing an itemized quote via email for 750 cubic feet. They then arrived 12 hours late and declared that the driver's un-itemized paperwork only allotted for 360 cubic feet and that an additional $3800 would be required in order to complete the move. When it was stated that the original quote WAS for 750 cubic square feet, he asked to see the estimate. Trying to open the quote as we had previously done, the link was no longer valid. Even though we got a truck 8 ft too short for the size of our move these guys got 100% of it in and did it safely efficiently with no damage. We would highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group Inc for your move.

I moved last week with them, and they were so incredibly efficient and kind!! I had packed most of my stuff, but they packed everything else for me. They even dismantled my bed and put it back together in my new place!! Amazing!! There were 3 lovely men that helped me. If I could guarantee I could get these three guys to help me move again, I definitely would!! They also looked like they were having fun, which made me feel good :) everything was beautifully packed and placed in my new place. DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

I moved last week with them, and they were so incredibly efficient and kind!! I had packed most of my stuff, but they packed everything else for me. Absolute worst moving experience possible. Was lied to from the very beginning, from the quote, to the estimated delivery date, to the actual company that would be handling the job. Call one number to be told you need to call another, where you will receive no help and sent back to the original number. The communication is awful, and when questioned about promises that were made, they **** become defensive and tell you nothing can be done or call someone else- for nothing to change.
