I will NEVER buy from Crate & Barrel again. STAY AWAY! I thought they were a good store. 1. I ordered a salad bowl, never received it. After being on hold for 2 hours, and with their live chat completely closed, though their recorded message says otherwise, the agent I finally reached said she would send me another one. 2. I NEVER RECEIVED IT, AND I WAS charged! The original refund was never processed and that was TWO MONTHS AGO! 3. Horrible! Will never shop at again. I bought a bunch of things online 7 months ago, still have not received full order, been told by staff online and in store that I would be contacted by someone still have not heard back from them. At this point they’ve pretty much robbed me because I have no products and have not received any money back for the items they are holding hostage from me. Disgusting way to do business.

I purchased 3 pedant light from Crate & Barrel and Return two boxes that I never opened , and when I contacted them for my refund they claimed they never received the merchandise I contacted ***** pick with the order pick number they provided me during the time of the pick ***** informed me that the merchandised was already delivered to the sender and it's been over three months and have yet to hear from the company. Returns have not been refunded after 6 weeks. 4 separate attempts to email customer service have gone unanswered. Wait time for telephone customer service is over 2 hours and results in call being dropped. Online chat also closes before contact is made. Items were initially returned because they did not match online descriptions or photos of products. Do not buy from CB2.

Placed an online order. It was in-stock, but took nearly a month to arrive. Then it was misdelivered. I reached out several times to the company, without receiving any response.

This company will not remove your email from their mailing list, even after directly contacting them and requesting to remove your email. They still continue to send emails. This is shaddy business that don't care about personal privacy and continue to send SPAM in their own interest. Try not to ever subscribe or even give them your email or else you will be forever haunted by their SPAM!.

Awful. Ordered a couple of items from Crate and Barrel Memorial Day weekend and half of the order which was jars came damaged/smashed. Took pictures of the damaged product, took pictures of the dented box, emailed, texted, called with all the evidence and have not been able to receive a response. Once waited on the phone for two hours (I have a screenshot of this) and the last time I used their automatic callback service, they called and then hung up on their end before I had a chance to pick up. Placed an order with CB2 on May 11th and was informed of shipping times of 10-14 days due to Covid safety procedures (totally fine by me, I would prefer workers to be kept safe). No updates were shared with me for several weeks so I called customer service June 2nd.
