I feel completely defeated and don't really know what else to do except leave a complaint on here. I've never felt compelled to leave an online review before until now. I purchased a chair (************* Glider) on 12/26/2020 for $1,242.71 (Order # ending in 4641). I was told when I purchased it that it was on back order and would be delivered in March. Then, I was told it was once again on back order and would be delivered mid April. Now, for a third time I am being told it's on back order and should expect a JUNE delivery ... read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered an item for a special birthday present. Had upgraded shipping and handling to ensure it would arrive by the guaranteed delivery date. Not only did it not arrive by that date, it had not even shipped and could not give any updates on the status. I am canceled the charge on my credit card and purchased item from another company. It ruined a birthday and they are an uncaring and incompetent company.

I ordered a stand mixer from Crate & Barrel and I never received it even though they sent me an email stating that it was delivered. I reached out to them immediately about it and they are giving me the run around. I've called on three different occasions to get an update and they still have not told me where my mixer is. Asked for a custom chair pair. Was told to wait 3-4 months. As it is custom-made, paid 50% plus shipping cost up front. It has been six months. All I get is AI bot responses. I am not here to subsidize **; I am the customer. The website currently gives 3-4 month lead time for the same item. Buyer beware. Do not trust ** to deliver on time.

Charged full price for item $3k hutch order placed 11/29/2020 never received. Checking constantly for my date to be delivered and it is constantly changing. Supervisor offered me a 15% off credit check card for the inconvienence and little did I know that it was to use only at Crate and Barrel. I have waited almost a full year for this merchandise, still have not received and have been billed for full payment. I will file with attorney general. Completely disgusted!

We purchased a Cameo Nero Noce 2-Piece Entertainment Center with Wood and Glass Doors from Crate & Barrel in mid October. At that time, we were told by in-store customer service that the quoted delivery date would be 16 weeks due to COVID delays, but that it was likely to arrive sooner. We were comfortable with the delayed timeline, so we placed an order which required prepayment of several thousand dollars. Zero stars should be an option. Truthfully have never had such a bad experience with a company. I am infuriated with the level of support and help that I have gotten from crate and barrel. A company that I used to love that I will never use again. Supervisors need some serious work with their customer service. The same cookie cutter responses do not work after the third, fourth, fifth... time that you hear them. “White glove” delivery forgot a part of my item creating a hazardous experience. Crate and Barrel has partnered with a payments provider called ******. Consumers register with Klarna and then can shop and make installment payments to pay for the item over a set period of time instead of making the payment all at once. Klarna offered me a virtual credit card to use at Crate and Barrels site. When I made the payment with Crate and Barrel I got confirmation from both Crate and Barrel and ******.
