I would give no stars if I could. I worked with ***** in furniture on Jan 1 to purchase the Lounge II grande sofa. While discussing the shipping aspects, she confirmed to me that the couch would be delivered as a 2-piece configuration as I was concerned about the dimensions of the couch fitting through my tight entryway. I ordered a gift from a gift registry back in June. The item was on backorder until this past week. My credit was charged multiple times for the same item. I call to request for an explanation and was hung up on by multiple individuals. I then call my credit card company and after begging for someone to help me they did. We called together and again were received by multiple unprofessional individuals. The last individual placed us on another hold and disconnected the line. First off, left a review on Crate and Barrel's website, then was email stating the review would not be posted. It was a scathing review of a product that I just recieved. It was back ordered, the product came and is completely unusable and does not even put together because the product dimensions are the wrong size and the screws for the legs are not adequate length even if the supports matched up to the holes on the underside of the table. Crate and Barrel should be embarrassed to be associated with ********* and their credit card. I had a recent experience where I purchased some items a few days prior to an excellent promotional period. I had already paid off the credit card in full. I contacted Crate and Barrel and asked to have the promotion applied to my purchase since it had occurred just 7 days prior. I was informed I couldn't do this and must cancel the order and re-order everything to have the promotion applied. While annoying, this wasn't a huge issue... read more

I tried to purchase two couch cover replacements for a sofa. It's been 4 months and they're still not here. I was told that my package shipped on 4/29, but somehow it got lost? I was never notified about any lost package. I'm still waiting C+B."

Hi,Nothing against anyone at C&B.Tried to buy a couple of trinkets for my family in Europe last night (I am leaving ****** on 25th).Purchased went through ****** no problems.Received an email confirmation from Crate and Barrel too.Two minutes later they send me another email saying I need to use a different credit card as mine didn't work. Note - I never used a credit card and they accepted ****** no issues.So left that. I have had multiple orders (both delivery and store pick up) canceled outright or severely delayed when at the time of purchase it says they will be delivered/available within a certain time frame, typically one to two weeks. My credit card is always happily charged immediately and then this company makes excuses and doesnt deliver on their promises. They should at least be honest on the website and say not in stock or display the delayed shipping time so that people who need the item in a timely manner can find it elsewhere... read more

***** - in November of 2020, we ordered a sectional couch. We were told it would be delivered by the holidays. Didn't get the couch until end of February. While the delivery crew was unpacking the couch, several roaches jumped out from the packaging. Obviously, we refused the delivery. Called management, promised to deliver a replacement couch in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later a replacement couch was delivered.
