Ordered the ***** ******* with Brass legs on 6/15/2019 and we have NOT received the correct item as of today 9/28/2019. The ottoman has been delivered two times with the WRONG leg color and the customer service had completely no idea about why this happened. Crate and Barrel refused to do anything but keeping us waiting for the next delivery. The two hour "estimated delivery time " they gave us is also bullshit. Both times the delivery team showed up outside of the time slot they gave us. Both my husband and I work full time... read more

ORDER UPDATE: Today, 9-24-19, my sofa and ottoman was delivered finally. Super helpful delivery guys noticed when unpacking that one of the feet was missing...only had a screw coming out of it. So glad they noticed that before setting on my hardwood floors. They took pictures, sent them to their dispatcher and contacted Crate & Barrel. C&B called me fairly quickly and let me know "it could be 4-12 more weeks before a foot is delivered. In the meantime, I need to brace the sofa in some way." Order placed 6/5/19 has yet to be delivered and today is 9/10/19. I have called C & B C/S a dozen times and each time I get a different excuse. I have emailed customer service and still get the run-around. I have paid for the furniture in FULL, which according to Crate & Barrel furniture order policy, they only charge the unpaid balance when the item is ready for delivery. I ordered a dining room table, chairs and a buffet from Crate and Barrel and although I really liked the furniture I would NEVER order from here again - it has been the WORST experience. The original order as placed at the end of June (and paid for in full) with delivery in mid July. We are writing to express our serious frustration with Crate and Barrel’s delivery attempts and customer service over the past few months. What should have been two simple furniture deliveries has turned into a nightmare of phone calls, scheduling mishaps, and ruined weekends for our family. I experienced very poor coordination between Crate and Barrel and ********* ****, the credit card issuing company they use for their Crate and Barrel credit card. I ordered furniture on the Crate and Barrel site and was lured to open a new "Crate and Barrel credit card" in order to take advantage of the 6-month no financing charges option. I was immediately approved and paid for the furniture with the new credit line I received. Beware! Absolute WORST customer experience ever! Ordered the Ditto II sectional sofa and patiently awaited delivery. When it finally came, the order was WRONG. They sent me two right arm sofas, versus a sofa and connecting chaise. This has been the single worst retail experience that I've ever had in my life. I ordered a couch and chair from CB2 in October of 2018 for my new apartment, spending over $1,500. Unsurprisingly, everything was back-ordered despite being listed as available for delivery. I specifically chose these items because they were among the few that weren't back-ordered. I ordered a smaller-ish credenza on May 2, and it said nothing of being backordered. After a few days it still hadn't shipped so I checked on it, and it was now backordered until mid-may. I check in mid-May when it still hasn't shipped, and it's now backordered till late May. Come late May I finally get a delivery date for a Saturday where I can be home for it.
