Ok.... This is the real deal! Orkin helped to make my home comfortable again after some unwelcomed guests arrived. An inspection was done and a course of action was implemented. When certain unwelcomed guests didn't stay away, they did whatever was necessary to rectify the situation. I have been a happy Orkin customer for 4 years. Orkin gets the job done right every time.
Efficient, professional, informative! The team was on time and friendly. Answered all my questions and encouraged them.
Let's see! 1. Had for three years still have mice and bugs. 2. The last kid walked around the house didnt spray or anything and was very rude with the miss. 3. Had there termite people show up said 2200 cause the house has never been treated. Called new local bug person for second opinion. He said and showed me where the house has been treated and that there hasn't been any activity in awhile. So that's a scam on orkin trying to sale more products at a very high cost!

Orkin has always given me exceptional treatment and these days, Adam is beyond exceptional. Totally professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, and does his best to work with my schedule.
I bought a house in July 2019, not knowing it was infested with bed bugs. As soon as I realized the problem, I called Orkin and set up an appt for them to come check it out. They did the first treatment, it didn't work at all. They came back not once, but five more time after that to treat and I STILL was having bedbug problems. No matter how many times they came out and treated, I was still finding them in my house!!! Their treatment obviously does NOT work!! This situation was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I'm very disappointed and will be taking additional action against this deceptive and unethical company. David B from TrueTech came to my less than two year old home to investigate possible noises coming from my attic. He told me that there were definite signs of rodent activity in my attic (rats and squirrels trails and droppings). I used Orkin and they charged me every month to come out and sometimes they would never show up. Other times they would schedule me for certain times and show up 2 or 3 days later. After I canceled my contract, after it was up, they scheduled another appointment and withdrew another payment the next month. I called 3 times before I finally got the office manager. I was told she was the one to do the refund and would have to call me back. She didn't. Apparently the person i spoke with originally didn't do his job by canceling... read more
