I feel like Orkins pest control technicians are being treated poorly. They are risking their health due to the fact that Orkin isn't taking the Corona virus epidemic seriously. They are still making technicians go into peoples houses, even though they were told not to but still make them, if the client wants them to or they have a mouse or Ant job. I had them come out to do an initial rat termination service for me and before they performed the service they had me sign a contract for a one year service agreement without providing me with detailed information about the one year plan. They told me my initial service would entail at least four follow ups without a charge. IÂ’ve had their service for many years and have not been disappointed yet. They are always within the window of time that they give. Their service representatives are always very courteous and professional and answer any questions that I have. When I need a call back for service they are always very responsive.
Best customer service I’ve had in any service company. I’ve had Orkin for years, multiple different service technicians. They are courteous, reliable, and best of all, if you call in between regularly scheduled maintenance treatments, in my experience, they come out within a day to fix whatever unexpected problem may arise. Not three days, not next week. And they’re positive, never making me feel like I am putting them out by asking for the extra visits.
