When they had came out I was told they would come back in 7 days. I called up there and was told to expect a call . Never heard from them . I called today and said I wanted to cancel service . They told me I was in a 12 month contract. I was told by the technician i can cancel anytime ok then he told me I had to give 30 day notice! And why when I was told otherwise and not given service promised. I work in retail and customer service and I believe firmly in giving excellent customer service. I was not given that at all. They quoted us $150 to do a bed bug inspection by 2 different reps. They charged us $225. Paul ***** did the inspection, didn't know why he was here, tore apart bedrooms and couch, nearly breaking things. Watched some tv and helped himself to our bathroom. No one in the Scarborough office has helped us and Paul himself left a message asking us to stop calling.
The worst customer service, transfer to transfer to no answer.

Termite treatment! Not a professional job like I expected at all. Talked to a manager and gave him 4 concerns. I thought that he would ask to come see the job. All I got from each concern was " This was normal". I told him that I thought Orkin would want to see the job as soon as I told him I was not happy. He said I did not give him time. If I received what I thought were excuses for all my concerns, what good would this do? They sent one man to do the digging and application around the complete foundation. Absolutely terrible company and organization. Bottom of the barrel people. They are not helpful at all. Customer service is is not in their culture nor vocabulary. Taken 3 weeks to try to get ahold of someone to come back out for service. No call backs, no acknowledgements, absolutely nothing. And when they so happen to arrive, they don't call or give a heads up. Just show up. Terrible service, with them the customer is just a number and they don't care.
