Orkin came out to my apartment complex after we submitted a complaint of bed bugs. after they showed up to do an inspection to find bed bugs just to say "yep you have bed bugs" obviously. they then scheduled an appointment with the office. They never gave me and my roommate a time they just randomly showed up and i had to call off from work just so they could start the treatment. I have never been so disappointed in any business. After paying over $929.83 for a 1 yr contract at a summer home, I have been totally ignored and rec'd only 1 visit as a service call and that was the day I signed and paid on the line. I have made several attempts at having them do their job only for them to not show up (and keep us waiting all day) I have been told they have been there, but there is absolutely no evidence of that. I had Orkin come out for termite testing. The whole process was very unorganized. The sales person only said 'Do not leave food out". That to me is dog food and bread. I even said I keep nothing out because of ants. So on my drive 200 miles away the tenting person calls and says food in fridge and needs to thrown out like pills and medicine in cupboard . salesman never mentioned cleaning out the fridge and cupboards. If I had an option for ZERO stars, I would take it. We called TruTech (originally one of their affiliates, Critter Control) in June of 2018 to remove mice from our attic, seal against future intrusion and sanitize. During the initial assessment, they recommended monthly service of outdoor traps. We declined with the idea being we wanted to see how good of a job they did before we signed up for something from these people every single month. An update on my previous review - After speaking with the Region Manager, we were assigned a new local tech. The customer service aspect of the service has been excellent since my original review. Both the Manager and the tech called frequently and have established a good, two-way communication process. Unfortunately, we still have an active mouse infestation. Twice have I had service and I can truly say I am beyond satisfied! I had the pleasure of having Jesse V service us. The professionalism and desire to do his job as best as he could was beyond my expectation. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions and did not rush to his work. After the first service I noticed an ant hill that was missed. I only had to send Jesse one message and he was back out right away to take care of it. Thats the kind of service I love. I called this company to check for bats in the attic. Was told I had a serious infestation. Promised a special insulation for the walls, sanitation of the area checkings within a year. They came. No infestation at all. The insulation promised dont even exist. They left a hole in the ceiling. A material that makes the attic unusable and spreads everywhere. . The local branch contacted the customer and and scheduled the additional work which was completed July 11th and 12th. The Branch Manager and the technician were present at the time of the additional service. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to resolve any of the customer's pest issue.
Ace is a very reliable company. I have had the Sentricon system for several years now and Ace always sends out a representative to check on the stations each season. Thanks for protecting my home!
Always very courteous and they try to accommodate your needs even if they can not address the issue directly. Try to send the same staff so you get to build a rapport with the technician.
