TruTech has been servicing my 2nd home in New Bern NC for several years and have been thru 4 technician and 3 loaners from out of the area that came from Greensboro NC & Raleigh NC traveling to New Bern NC.. All Service Technician were extremely competent (5 Star Rating) and thorough. The service is superior when I get it. I am more than a month past due for service for green frogs, snakes, lizards, rats and bugs. This same scenario has happened 2 times before. We worked with Critter Control to help remove our Rodent problem in our home attic, they have a team of professionals that are courteous, on time, efficient, and competent from the beginning to the end of the job. Steve, Jose, Edgar, Jimmy all worked over a couple of weeks to complete and remove our rodents, i definitely recommend Critter Control.

TruTech has been servicing us almost 4 years now & we have been through 4 technicians; all excellent technicians once they arrived & very professional. Unfortunately, the company does not care about customers, nor able to maintain technicians to service their customers. Our fourth replacement tech cared so much for us he would travel from Raleigh to Cape Carteret NC to service our family homes (3) and business office in Swansboro. I would give 5 stars to my technician, but ZERO stars to the company. I paid $1000.00 to have my house sealed against bats and that came with a one year guarantee. A couple of weeks before the warranty expired, there was a bat caught between an attic vent and a screen. I called the company and planned on renewing my contract for another year for $189, no problem. When the 2 guys came out, I was told I had 2 vents that were not screened. Great folks and Rudy is the best. Keeps us informed and educated. We have had zero problems with bugs since we went with Critter Control. If you have pests then you should give CC a chance to help.
