I contacted Orkin last week to cancel my contract after being a customer for 2 years. The last experience I had with Orkin was extremely unprofessional. The last time someone came to my house the inside was not taken care of properly. There were traps filled with bugs left behind in multiple rooms. We called Orkin for an ant problem, told the lady on the phone we had black ants as well as fire ants. She told us that they would come out and cover both as well as caulk up any holes in the house that they might be coming in from. When the workers arrived, first I feel as though they should have had shoe covers, not only is it professional having to come into someone's home but especially with this virus going around. Absolutely horrible. Don't ever use this company! We had a snake on the concrete path around our house. A sales representative came and told us we had mice in our attic and that attracted snakes. We signed a contract to set some traps in the attic and outside for snakes, and close the weepholes and some other openings. At that time we were told we had to take a 1 year contract for service.
