I called Orkin on 7-31-20 to remove a wasp nest and gave my credit card for $276.48 for this service. The rep came that afternoon, sprayed the nest and said there was a 30 day guarantee and I should call the next week so they can come out to remove the nest with no further charges for 30 days and they also would spray again if the wasps are still there. We signed up for Orkin's termite treatment, spray-in insulation in our attic, and to clean out/install new crawl space door & vents/a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. The attic insulation is fine. But we are not satisfied with the rest of Orkin's work. The termite treatment was applied around our home. In the garage, they drilled into the center of bricks which caused them to crack when there was concrete flooring less than a foot away where the treatment could have been applied. On July 29th I was scheduled for an appointment. I contacted (and spoke with) someone on July 28th informing them that I did not want an exterminator to come because we had a new baby at home. I was informed that it would be taken care and that I wouldn't have to worry about. I also at that time called and left a message on the cell phone of the person who always sprays my house. The Hingham, MA ORKIN team...Jack who charged our DEBIT CARD when he was supposed to charge our CREDIT CARD Michelle - who answers the phone in Hingham is very rude and snarky, she is not customer friendly. Tracey - is the manager who is supposed to be calling me but have heard nothing. My complaint is - They charged my DEBIT CARD $375 and my CREDIT CARD $375 are being very elusive about getting back to me. Do not use this ORKIN location if you value QUALITY.

My wife and I had acquired a bunk bed for our son that was purchased online. Unfortunately what we were not expecting was acquiring a case of bed bugs to go with it. We had a consultation with Orkin and the infestation was pretty bad and the guy who was helping is named Glen was very nice and respectful. This company is charging people $598 to barely do anything. The traps were set in our attic and no one came back to check them nor did anyone call to let me know why. I had to contact the representative that came out first and ask why no one was contacting me to come back out.
