Dan was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He fully explained all aspects of his investigation, findings, and the procedures he was using to resolve my problem.
I cancelled my service in writing. They still performed a treatment after cancellation and expect me to pay for it. I have written 3 letters, sent e-mails and tried calling. After ten minutes on hold I gave up. No one ever calls or responds. I still get a bill (plus interest) every few weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Tech came on time. He explained everything in great detail. Sprayed my home for bugs.
Our rep Joel is great. He keeps the bugs away, is professional, and knowledgeable.
I liked how the Service was done very well, while also maintaining social distance. The representative Bill was very polite and did a thorough job.
Orkin professionals provided great service! Our technician (Jose P****) always lets me know what is going on in my yard and he offers recommendations to fix the problems. During the last visit he noticed an infestation of this one type of insect. He applied a solution and I have not seen that bug since then!!!
They were very through in hitting every spot in the house and they were friendly and professional.
Our technician was prompt, knowledgeable and followed health and safety protocols.
