GREAT NEWS the District Manager contacted me and came out inspected the work that was do. agreed it was not right. Returned the next week with a team and completed the work the way it should have been to start with. He and his team were very courteous and professional and through. I was told to call him if I had anymore problems. He was very respectful of my feels and he told me to call him if I had any further concerns. Now I am HAPPY HAPPY.

I started using Orkin 12/2019, after 3 visits and the Covid pandemic, I no longer wanted service, Over 10 times since then I tried to cancel orkin's assigned service dates using the Phone number they provided. They continued to assign dates and my requests to cancel with their service people occasionally calling to announce their arrival. It seemed I was completely ignored and they would decide if and when they would service my home . I want to completely discontinue any contact.

Mike and his subordinate were a pleasure to work with. He was sincere, knowledgeable and very thorough with his inspection. I couldn't have asked for a higher level of professionalism.

Our person was on time and he was very knowledgeable about the pests and answered all of our questions.
I signed a contract to do a monthly service. No one showed up for the first scheduled treatment. No one contacted me to let me know they weren’t coming. The next day, someone showed up unannounced. The following month, yet again, no one showed up for the second scheduled treatment. I would not recommend using Orkin.
Very Very unhappy with the job that was done. Nothing was done the way the way the guy stated it was to be done.We where told the holes where supposed to be 12 inches apart around windows and doors for dry wood termite treatment. Some windows had 4 holes total 9 foot sliding glass door had 2 holes total. we paid extra for insulation in attic that was suppose to be 4 to 6 inches thick. The worst company to keep appointments. I had to call three times to follow up on my appt because nobody showed up or even cared to call to apologize or reschedule. I spoke to a Sup at the store, his name was John and his attitude was not caring at all. He just sounded rude and careless, the appt he made ended up the same way as the other two appts, NO SHOW. I scheduled a free termite and mouse inspection at my home a couple weeks ago. I received the termite inspection and no mouse inspection. The employee proceeds to tell my husband and I that what he did find in our crawl space he estimates as $12,000 worth of renovation work and cleaning. Telling us how a lot of repairs need to happen, cleaning, replacement, etc. I was near panic and all the while at work as he tells me this on the phone.
