I’ve used other exterminating services over the last 35 years and Ace has been the best. Service is prompt. Communication is great. Dani is wonderful. I would recommend their service to anyone.

The Trutech sales office in our area, Palm Coast, Florida charged us $ 598 dollars to remove an armadilo from our home and only went through the motions. They put out a trap for a few days, laid out a some sort of substance to make grubs taste bad and we still have the same armadillo digging up our yard. The rep said they would charge us another 598.00 to come out again. Do not use these guys!

Trutech regularly receives calls to control armadillos digging in peoples' yards and creating burrows which can potentially cause severe damage to building foundations, patios and other structures. Answered the phone on the second ring. The gal I chatted with was very nice. They made a very good recommendation to another company (****** *******) that removed bats from my attic. I couldn’t be more pleased. If I ever have a creepy crawly bug problem I will call them.

I wish I would have seen this before wasting my $429 during a pandemic. I had At least 4 or 5 baby birds in the wall. They came out saying there were only 2. I even played the recording it was not 2. I then heard 2 more birds in there later, which I assumed they would die as their mother could no longer get to them with the cover on the vent. Trutech came out again with 1 bird. I was not advised about the sheetrock being removed. So I did not decline. I reached out to fb and that was the 1st time I heard. Even the tech made a statement of wanting to get it resolved before mentioned that. This was on the 3rd visit. Needless to say the tech Mark was courteous , knowledgable, and shared what he would be doing each time he came ,even bringing additional odor reducing items for the bathroom. As of yet, I dont have any foul odors. So this appears to have been resolved. Thanks for willing to fix this
Joel is thorough and reliable. He has been our tech for five years and has always been on top of any pest issues.
Our HOA is serviced by the Home Team company in Winston-Salem, NC. We are increasingly unhappy with this company. They have been our pest control Taexx company since 2005 when this HOA started. They have changed management or ownership several times over the years. Each time this happens there has been issues with the service and communication.
