They've been keeping our home bug free for over 15 years. Their technicians are always kind and courteous as well. We would highly recommend their services.
Signed up for a consultation and initial spray. I wasn't home, they had my roommate sign a receipt but it was actually a contract. I was never informed about this contract and only agreed to initial spray. I was then charged a fee a month later for a service that was never scheduled or done. Now I'm trying to cancel the contract before I get charged 57/month for a year for something I didn't even sign.

Service was good, sencesative to concerns and polite to my wife. We always have been happy with the work of the service tech.
Western overcharged me by $640 over my contracted price. It has been 2 weeks and they have still not corrected it. Nor have they had a manager contact me after I asked 3 times.
