Signed up for a consultation and initial spray. I wasn't home, they had my roommate sign a receipt but it was actually a contract. I was never informed about this contract and only agreed to initial spray. I was then charged a fee a month later for a service that was never scheduled or done. Now I'm trying to cancel the contract before I get charged 57/month for a year for something I didn't even sign.

Signed contract was submitted on 04/20/20 for Termite Bait. Inspector John ********* . The cost was $795.00. My understanding was to set up a payment plan for this serviced. Due to I'm a senior on an fixed income. I've been constantly harass on paying the bill in full. the Showing up to my home without notification, calling me on the phone. I made an complaint and on 05/21/20 the Manger Christopher ***** confirmed and agreed that I could made installment Payment and I wouldn't be hassle anymore. Western overcharged me by $640 over my contracted price. It has been 2 weeks and they have still not corrected it. Nor have they had a manager contact me after I asked 3 times.
